Prince Yubaraj Karki, a young and dynamic Nepali entrepreneur of Silicon Valley California, has been awarded with ‘The President’s Volunteer Service Award 2024’ amid a special function on December 20, Mr. Matt Mohan, Mayor of San Jose, handed over Karki with this prestigious award.
The Presiden’s Volunteer Service Award letter signed by President Joe Biden has lauded the social contribution of Mr. Karki by upbringing the American values and helping the communities. ‘By sharing the time and passion, you are helping and deliver the solution to the challenges we face’ the gold award states. Mr. Karki, who migrated almost 13 years ago from Nepal has been running multiple restaurants and invested other diversified areas as the front runner of prosperous Nepali diaspora with another renowned Nepali origin entrepreneur Anil Pandey, who leads the Motherland Nepal, a non profit serving the nepalese communities in the states.
Mr. Karki along with Pandey are also the movie producer who recently released Tel -Visa has been successfully running on fifth weeks in Nepal. ‘I am happy with award has even growing more passion to the community and credit goes to my entire team member’- Karki said.
