The plaintiffs, Thapa duo, have pleaded the court to disqualify Chairman of the Election Commission Biswa Baral and stop the 2019 election that is scheduled to be held<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); line-height: 16.406665802001953px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); line-height: 16.406665802001953px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">on May 18-21.<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); line-height: 16.406665802001953px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">They have also asked the court \u201cto reopen registration for membership in advance of the postponed 2019 NRN-USA election.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.66px\"><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); line-height: 16.406665802001953px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">According to a notice of the Chancery Court for Knox County of Tennessee State, the plaintiffs have made NRNA NCC of USA, Election Commission of NRNA NCC of USA, Bandita Sharma Dahal, Biswa Baral, Bhuwan Gurung, Anjan Shrestha, Keshab Paudel, and Gauri Joshi the defendants in the case.
