A commercial food photography project created for Delhi Darbar, an Indian restaurant in Stavanger, focusing on presenting the restaurant’s diverse menu in an appetizing and consistent visual style. The project included both individual dish photography and combined menu compositions, bringing multiple Indian dishes together in a single frame to showcase the variety and richness of the restaurant’s offerings. The compositions were carefully arranged to highlight the different colours, textures, ingredients, and presentation styles across the menu. The photography was created with a focus on making the dishes visually appealing while maintaining an authentic representation of the food. The final images were produced for use across social media, online menus, food delivery platforms, and digital marketing.
