A commercial food photography project created for Red Sun Bergen, focusing on the restaurant’s diverse Asian fusion menu. Red Sun brings together culinary influences from Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam, creating a varied menu that includes sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki, gyoza, tempura, Thai curries, Vietnamese-inspired dishes, and other Asian specialties. The photography focused on capturing the variety and character of the menu through carefully composed food images. Particular attention was given to the colours, textures, fresh ingredients, intricate sushi presentation, and rich details of each dish, while maintaining a consistent visual style across the collection. The final photographs were created for social media, online menus, food delivery platforms, and digital marketing, giving Red Sun Bergen a professional visual library that reflects the breadth and creativity of its Asian fusion cuisine.
