Los Angeles, June 26:
Nepali immigrant Harry Bhandari won the primary election of the House of Delegates for Maryland State’s 8th District in the polls held on Tuesday.
Harry garnered 28 per cent of the votes to stand second to Eric Bromwell of his own Democratic Party. Harry will contest in the general election slated to be held on November 6.
Nepali immigrants across the United States have congratulated Harry on his success through social media.
